Ubuntu 8.10, apport 0.119:
What happens:
* It fails to run from the 'Applications > System Tools' menu
* Attempting to run from the command line with '/usr/share/apport/apport-gtk -c
%f' (copied from the menu entry) gives the error message (in a popup) "This
problem report is damaged and cannot be processed". So I'm guessing this is
connected to this bug report.
** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 204198
better error message if -c file does not exist
