Ok, I did some research with our system administrators. We figured it
out. It's the gvfs-mount issue with "security=share" in the samba
configuration of the server similar to the discussed ones in previous
versions of ubuntu.

Since I upgraded from hardy to intrepid I've got the problem again.
Switching to "security=user" solved it but this can't be the solution.
