Although it worked in Hardy, Gutsy, Feisty and Edgy correctly,
now LIRC does not work in Intrepid.
I use "dev/input" driver and "/dev/input/by-path/pci-0000\:02\:0d.0--event-ir"
device
that exists in Intrepid and the same existed in Hardy.
The problem is at very low level probably...
When I tried
sudo cat /dev/input/by-path/pci-0000\:02\:0d.0--event-ir
in Hardy, it displayed some codes of buttons I have pressed on remote control
then, but
in Intrepid, it does not display anything when pressing buttons on remote
control.
