The reason why pulseaudio was left at 0.9.10 for intrepid was due to several
regressions found by users when testing newer versions of pulseaudio, and by
the time 0.9.13 came around, it was well too
late to update pulseaudio for the intrepid release. The regressions that were
discoverd were important enough to hold back on the update.
