Can you run the alsa-info.sh script - http://alsa-project.org/alsa-
info.sh - and attach the resulting alsa-info.txt file:
./alsa-info.sh --no-upload
Additionally attaching your dmesg output as well as sudo lspci -vvnn
wouldn't hurt:
dmesg > dmesg.log
sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
