* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #299138), remaining Ubuntu changes:
- tftpd-hpa.postinst: remove stop links from rc0 and rc6
- tftpd-hpa.init: don't warn if init script is disabled
- debian/rules: call update-rc.d with manual arguments.
