Am on interpid - i upgraded from hardy,
Am using the latest openchrome drivers from ppa.launchpad.net repository.
Am on an AmiloPro 3515 with "VGA compatible controller: VIA Technologies, Inc.
CN896/VN896/P4M900 [Chrome 9 HC] "
The problem :
After installaing the new openchrome driver ,and some custom gnome themes
,some applications like -vlc,mplayer,openoffice,virtualbox restart the X server
every time I launch them.
I installed the Kde4 desktop to figure out if the error comes from gnome or
from the themes i installed ,but the problem persists.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling these applications but the same problem
is always there.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this ?

applications doesnt work !!!
