Hi ! I have a Logitech Pro 4000 and used to have a green screen with Skype. I follow the instruction of mabawsa (https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libv4l/+bug/282473/comments/22) + a setpwc -x and now it's working !
