The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: RENAME
failed: Can't create mailbox node /home/pander/Trash/: File exists.
I think this is because on my IMAP server I'm not allowed to create maps
in maps. For this reason thunderbird should not try to create this map
in Trash, becuase that will fail but delete the map directly if it is
empty. If it is not empty, move the messages to Trash and then remove
the empty map.
Tested with version 2.0.0.17 (20080925) Interpid
