Yes, and it seems the method to trigger it is still similar. I once tried the 'assistive technologies' menu, and has regretted it every since :-) After doing that, to reproduce the bug:
1. Start a freash firefox-3 2. Go directly to the bookmarks menu and click on it. It will open a bookmark dialog instead of opening the menu. This is slightly different than the original description of this bug, simply because firefox changed.
