Thanks Andy and Andrew, I tried that kernel and now I'm able to enable bluetooth again. I'm not sure everithing is working correctly, for example the Fn+F8 key to enable bluetooth does not work (as it did on hardy) and the brightness (that was not working in intrepid) is working again. Btw, reverting back to old toshiba_acpi is already proposed in Bug #261318.
