I have this bug, too.
I am using firefox 3.0.3 and Ubuntu Hardy Heron.
It occurred when putting a wavfile to /var/www in Apache 2.2.8 and load it via
http://localhost/wavfile.wav
The first download works, reloading crashes firefox.
Loading the wav, loading a different page, then loading the wav again, also
works.
