Public bug reported:
I'm a brand new Ubuntu user, forgive me- I think this is in normal
Nautilus, but I'm not sure.
Every time I try to get updates, for multimedia codecs, and basic system
updates, I get the above message:
"E: base-files: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status
123" and sometimes something with
dictionaries comes up too. I have no idea what is going on, and I'm getting fed
up, since I have no idea how to fix this,
or any problems in linux!
This is found on a FRESH INSTALL of Ubuntu 8.0.4 Hardy Heron.
