It was requested I attach the pdf to the report, which I don't know how
to do. I listed the link in the initial post. I understand if you have
to close the issue. I have since opened the information at another
computers (running windows) and was able to access what I needed.

Bug description:
When trying to load the PDF on this page 
http://www.orca.state.tx.us/index.php/Community+Development/Grant+Fact+Sheets/Renewable+Energy+Demonstration+Pilot+Program+(REDPP),
 I have repeatedly received thefollowing message.
Warning: This form is not supported with the current version of Acrobat or 
Adobe Reader.
Upgrade to the latest version for full support.
I seem to have the most recent version of Evince, so am at a loss as to what 
else I can do.
