This bug was fixed in the package libgtk2-perl - 1:1.190-1ubuntu1

libgtk2-perl (1:1.190-1ubuntu1) jaunty; urgency=low
* Added -s -no-reset to the xvfb-run. This same fix was used by
Loic Minier on pygtk. (LP: #300000)
