A) I am using the Icon View in nautilus
B) As an example, I open the Home folder of mine from the desktop by double
clicking the icon and then from the left bookmarks i select the desktop. I have
40 icons of files and folders which are visible on my Desktop. i.e. there are
18 folders, and rest are the files. The first row consists of 15 folders, the
second consists of 3 folders and 9 files. The third has 12 and the fourth has
1. If i select the left top file (i.e. first icon of the first line), and start
clicking the right arrow key, then after the line ends it should go to the
second line, but it skips a line or two and goes to the third or the fourth
line even sometimes. Its kindof haphazard as sometimes in some lines it even
doesn't skip. But i have found that my if i do the same thing from the last
icon and use the left arrow, then it works fine, but not for the right arrow
key.
