It says that the archive is corrupted. You can solve it with the following 
commands:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --reinstall procps linux-image-2.6.27-7-generic 
linux-headers-2.6.27-7-generic

Also check that you've enough free space left on your drive.

I'm closing this report because this is not a bug in Ubuntu. Don't
hesitate to submit any new bug.
