The debian-installer task isn't helpful here. console-setup will do.
(Vladimer, while I'll accept this bug here now, in the future please
open a new bug for regressions; this bug has got pretty confusing and if
something else goes wrong with Georgian support it would be much easier
for us if you opened a new bug for it rather than continuing to reopen
this one!)
