Hi, This problem is not restricted to bogofilter, I am getting this problem with Spamassassin. The error is 'Pipe to Spamassassin failed, error code: 5'. The error displays when you click on the warning icon in the status bar.
The problem is only evident after starting Evolution and the errors disappear from the status bar after a short time. Junk filtering still takes place. I am using Ubuntu 8.10 upgraded from 8.04.
