I don't know if my problem is related or not but when I try the Ubuntu or Kubuntu Desktop image on a USB Drive created by USB creator it will not boot up into the desktop. I get a past the first menu screen, but it just goes into a busybox shell after trying to boot up. It seems there are some important files missing that where not added.
