Je ne suis pas certain qu'il s'agisse d'un bug; il semble que c'est plutôt une
erreur du serveur http://ch.archive.ubuntu.com .
1) Si vous attendez un peu (quelques heures) avant de réessayer, quel est le
résultat?
2) Si vous changez de server miroir (pour un français ou un allemand), est-ce
que vous avez la même erreur?
3) Vous pouvez essayer de lancer les commandes suivantes:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get install -f
Je transforme ce rapport de bug en question, car c'est probablement un
problème ponctuel, et il est difficile de le reproduire.

I'm not sure this is a bug. It might be a server error, you may try to
1) wait for a while and try again, in case the server gets fixed
2) try another ubuntu mirror
3) run the following commands in the terminal:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get install -f
I turn this bug report into a question, since it is not likely to be
easily reproduced.
