Binary package hint: tracker
There is no way (that I have found) to make tracker index the content of
my many powerpoint files. Based on numerous forums and websites I have
installed both wv and catdoc -- but neither work.
Interestingly, catdoc provides a program called "catppt" which will dump
the contents of a powerpoint file to ascii text. Perhaps there is a way
to wire this capability into tracker.
