I can confirm this for some DVDs but can't pin it down, particularly because my laptop and desktop are showing different results for the same DVD.
I'll need to test a little more and see if I can find a pattern. Also also check to see if some films I know previously worked but are showing up "faulty". On a side note, I've had this issue with Hitch and as far as I can tell, that occurs due to faulty ARccOS copy protections.
