Public bug reported:
I physicaally installed a dvd rw drive. In "my computer" it is read as a
cd rom drive, and does not come up in the list of disks to write to.
Inserting a blank dvd r disk brought me to the bug reporting page.
possibly a lack of driver for this particular model?
