(This was done through gmail, I have no idea if I can reply by this) When I tried to get into xubuntu the next day, it said there was a vga error, or something of that sort, and restarted the machine, so I finally shut it down and reinstalled it. Sorry about the long delay, I found that I unchecked "administer this computer" by accident, so that was my problem. As for vga, I got a new video card. That seemed to fix it.. (Bq32)
