Well, this is an old bug, i've seen some bug reports for the exact same
bug but i've never found a clear solution to it. I'm running a Fujitsu
Siemens pi 2530, and my front speakers doesn't mute when I connect a
pair of headphones or speakers in my headphone jack. There are separate
volume controls for speakers and headphones in ALSA but if i mute the
speakers, the headphones also mute....
