Binary package hint: cherokee
The jaunty package of cherokee, 0.10.1-1, is built without TLS support.
Notice the distinct lack of libgnutls in this output:

The problem was solved by adding pkg-config to Build-Depends. Results
are now:

checking for GNUTLS... yes
