For future reference, if you need support, I think the best place to go is the
Ubuntu Forums - http://ubuntuforums.org/
Alternatively, Launchpad has an Answers system, which works but isn't quite as
quick to respond as the forums - https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/
