Look at forums and read some solution that two users had the same
problem, have reported that a security update and the modem began to
work without having to open the wizard, but here was not as well as
downloaded all the security updates and showed that had a wide-band
mobile, but do not have anything automatic nor had the option of Vivo in
the wizard.
