This is an intended behavior of pycentral to not overwrite locally installed
python modules and is most likely due to the installation of
bittorrent_5.2.2_python2.4.deb. So, this is not an error in Ubuntu.
You can either remove the version installed by hand or set overwrite-local=1 in
/etc/python/debian_config and retry the upgrade of the package.
