By the way, I am using
<append key="input.keymap.data" type="strlist">e033:pageup</append> <!--
Euro symbol -->
<append key="input.keymap.data" type="strlist">e034:pagedown</append>
<!-- Dollar symbol -->
to map both keys to page up and down. I find it rather useful to have
them near the cursor keys and don't use € and $ often.
