Binary package hint: deskbar-applet
Occasionally, deskbar-applet (2.24.1) crashes with the following
symptoms:
Deskbar icon disappears from panel.
Window appears on desktop advising that the applet has closed, and offering to
re-start. Re-starting works fine.
dmesg reports the following:
deskbar-applet[6969]: segfault at 4 ip b6bdb02a sp bf8d6b90 error 4 in
libdbus-1.so.3.4.0[b6bd1000+36000]

Recent docs
History
Tracker search
My setup:
Fully updated Intrepid (Gnome), x86. 2.6.27-7-generic
Acer 5920G laptop, Interl C2D, nvidia 8600M GS graphics. Compiz enabled.
Please advise if any more info required.
