G'day Jean-Baptiste

Thank you for your time in looking at this problem I been having, but the
problem is still there.

I did what you advised me to do, I booted into root console and first did
sudo dpkg-reconfigure apparmor libapparmor1, but it came back the same, I
tried the other command and it says the same.

I don't know what to do now.....

Again thanks Jean-Baptiste,

Have a good day...

     Regards

                Ray_C
