I have Hardy Heron latest update till date (25th Nov, 2008).
The World Clock applet has incorrect time zone information for "New
Delhi/Palam". Delhi is India's capital, and hence follows IST. However
the clock synchronizes it with NPT (Nepal's time), which is 15 minutes
ahead.
