Try adding the line:
BusID PCI:0:2:1
To your "Device" section, as it looks like it isn't being picked up. This may
or may not work, I dunno. So it should look like this when you're done with it:
...
Section "Device"
Identifier "Configured Video Device"
BusID PCI:0:2:1
EndSection
...
