Please sync squid3 3.0.STABLE8-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
3.0.STABLE7-1ubuntu1 just applied an upstream patch to fix FTBFS
(03-fix_unused_results.patch). This patch was included as part of upstream
3.0.STABLE8 release.

* Urgency high to meet freeze deadline
