Thanks. You should not close this bug as it has not yet been fixed. "It is fixed in version xxx" and version xxx is not available yet (or you'd be crazy to use it 'cause its alpha) means the issue is open but resolved.
People complaining about the same issue will not easily find the bug if it is closed. They will open a new one and will not receive the gratifying information that konsole will be as usable as it used to be (until Intrepid) if we wait for another couple o'months.
