Just booted 2.6.27-10 from proposed, unfortunately it didn't change anything on my Latitude E6400. I can barely hear anything with master set to 65% (while everything else is at 100%), rapidly getting louder when turning it up from there. Note that this is only true for the integrated headphone jack or the one of the docking station (jack sense still isn't working for the dock, but that's another issue). Internal speakers appear to be much louder with the same volume setting, nearly blowing out when volume is set to 100%.
