I can't reproduce this error in Gutsy neither with the us mirror nor the
italian mirror. The could be a transient situation due to indexes on the
server being regenerated. The packages and the indexes have been updated
yesterday on this mirrors.
Could you please remove the files in /var/cache/apt/archives/partial/* and then
run the following command:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --reinstall hpijs hplip hplip-data hplip-gui
Tell us if this helps.
