Public bug reported:
When you are viewing a picture with the image viewer and you go to
>image>select as wallpaper, then the Appearance Preferences window opens
showing the backgrounds...
now when I go back to the image viewer and select another picture as wallpaper,
then the Appearance Preferences window opens alone again...having twice the
same thing open...if I do it again I'll have it 3 times...
it's completely useless.
