My last two bug reports did not go to Launchpad looks like. I figure I've been mailing myself!

So I changed the conf: start_fullscreen = '0' Now I ran this from the terminal and I find that we can close the window by clicking the close button, but elisa is still stuck somewhere. It does not exit to the terminal unless you press Ctrl-C on the terminal now. The update just came in right now and I immediately tested for other problems I was facing, but now it has more problems than the older version had.
