Thanks for your report. It's best to make this kind of comment in the
bug that the package in -proposed fixed, otherwise it may not be noticed
in the process of deciding whether the package should be promoted to
-updates.
Fortunately other people made similar comments in bug 272606 (so I'll
mark this as a duplicate) and this is fixed in 1.3-2ubuntu4.2.
