Same problem here, Im using Ubuntu 8.04. and a s3Graphics Prosavage DDR video
card, with the controller Ubuntu installed.
The same happens in Totem and MPlayer with some .avi videos.
I saw the easy fix Tom wrote on 2008-11-20, but Im new to Ubuntu and didnt know
how to do it.
