Judging from e.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net/gwibber/+bug/280840 there
is no way to make clickable links from libnotify balloons. This would
be useful to have e.g. to link to a help topic (see for instance
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=939530 where this would be a
definite improvement) or to, say, launch a mail reader from a biff-like
notice.
Definitely upstream + wishlist territory, but I think Ubuntu has a stake
in making it happen.
