I just tried to boot using 2.6.24, and I assume the camera works (the led flashed during boot-up), but I did end up in lowgraphics mode (NVIDIA nonfree drivers; I assume they don't like it when I change the kernel), and the wireless didn't work for some reason. I just hope some new version of the kernel will fix the drivers for this webcam.
