I can confirm that Knetworkmanager in kubuntu 8.10 does not appear to save the
type of WEP key set for a connection. If i change it from hexadecimal to ASCII
or passphrase, and i save, this change is not registered when i open the
connection edit box again.
This is an issue seperate from the static IP problem, i would say, so this bug
report is not a duplicate.
