Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
You need to remove the ¨ in line 54 of /etc/apt/sources.list. If that
doesn't work please post your /etc/apt/sources.list.
As this seems to be not a bug but a configuration issue I've converted
it into a question.
