Thank you so MUCH!! It had become insanity and now you fixed it. I
still think it is a bug, but now it is much minor.

Just FYI: I think page styles should be singular without dependency, but
Open Office could offer Themes. That is really what I thought I was
looking at.

Now it is fixed though . . . thanks again.

Subject: [Bug 303786] Re: Page Styles are recursive

This works fine as long as you follow the directions in the
documentation:

To apply a page style to a new page:
1.Click in the document where you want a new page to start.
2.Choose Insert - Manual Break.
3.Select Page break.
4.In the Style box, select the page style that you want to apply to the page
that follows the manual break.
5.Click OK.

Status in “openoffice.org” source package in Ubuntu: Invalid

Bug description:
Binary package hint: openoffice.org

The biggest problem I am having with Page Styles is they are recursive.
It is impossible to change the page style of just a portion of the
document because page styles have a dependency on what the next page
style will be. This creates a recursive error and should be fixed ASAP.
