Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: wpasupplicant
I think the wpasupplicant daemon needs to be restarted after waking from
suspended mode.
I changed to the official drivers for my IBM Thinkpad R40 2722 GDG using
ndiswrapper since after the upgrade from Hardy to Intrepid I could no longer
connect to encrypted APs.
I have only tried this solution once, and it worked. Before I have sometimes
managed to make it connect after suspend by first connecting to an unencrypted
AP, and then to the encrypted one.
To you think I should append
invoke-rc.d wpa-ifupdown restart
to
/etc/acpi/resume.d/62-ifup.sh
?
I may try that.
