I said in Gnome, not in an random app running under Gnome. OOo 3.0 is
not a Gnome app, and so yes I have no doubt you still see this problem
under OOo 3.0, but the bug is in fontconfig not in OOo. Gnome and true
gnome apps have their font names translated but not by fontconfig which
is why they work.
